Price: $1,195.00 (or $1,075 when paid in full at time of booking)
The Retainer: A $500 retainer is required to schedule and reserve your wedding day photography. This payment applies toward your package purchase. Because we turn away other business once a wedding is booked, the retainer is nonrefundable and cannot be used towards other orders or balances.
10% Discount: All wedding packages receive a 10% discount when paid in full at time of booking. If you later decide to upgrade to a different package, the 10% discount still applies if paid in full prior to the actual wedding. Remember, to qualify for special wedding prices, reprint orders must be received in our studio within 45 days of the wedding or 30 days from receipt of the proof album. Otherwise our regular studio prices apply. Remember: print prices are subject to change without notification so do not delay.
Payment Policy: Like all wedding professionals we require FULL PAYMENT of your wedding plan 2 weeks prior to your wedding day. All reprints must be paid for at time of ordering.
We do not carry accounts: A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on past due accounts, before and after judgment. Accounts referred to collections are charged a minimum $150 plus 33% of balance remaining, plus all court, legal and collection fees. Any discounts will become void if payments are not made on time.
Rush Orders: A 100% fee will apply to any Rush Order!
Be on time: On your wedding day your time is precious. We schedule minimum time required for your event. Getting a late start will effect the number of shots to select from in your package, and quality of the posing. Remember your package price is based on time not on number of shots taken, so let's not have to rush through it.
Amateur Photographers: Under your contract we require that we are the exclusive photographer. Amateur photographers working at our side are not permitted or tolerated.
Copyright: All images created by Rampton Photography are copyrighted and protected by Federal Law. Any unauthorized copying of images created by Rampton Photography will result in charges of $200 per image copied and possible prosecution.
Guarantee: While Rampton Photography will do all within their capabilities to provide services of satisfaction and fulfill the agreed upon obligation, it is understood that Rampton Photography assumes no liability in the event of theft, accident, illness, mechanical failure, weather, or other mishap beyond it's reasonable care and control. Compensation is limited to moneys received.
NOTE: STUDIO PRICES DIFFER FROM DISCOUNTED WEDDING DAY REPRINTS (that only apply when order placed within 30 days of Proof Album pick up)
